Sarah Ali is a long-standing friend and former colleague. She is always full of energy, innovative ideas and driving ambition. Her knowledge of cooking is second to none and her dishes are always a joy to eat. Good food and good company are always guaranteed. -Steve Isaacs, Lloyds Property Group

We were lucky enough to be around when Sarah was doing a curry,
what a delight to watch a down to earth, no messing around demo on an easy curry.

Sarah had humour and a humble attitude towards the dishes, making the demo a pleasure to watch, dispelling the myths that making curry is hard. -Mary Fillan and Robert Lamb

A fantastic evening watching Sarah Ali as she prepared and cooked five curries, tastings were delicious and I’m now off to waitrose for ingredients! Hope to come back for more of your demonstrations, well done purewell electrics for organising such a pleasant and informative evening . -Ali Morrison

Sarah was so lovely and warm, made us feel like friends . And the food was so amazing and as she made it so uncomplicated I can’t wait to try the recipes at home. Hope all your guest chefs are as good as Sarah.

My first cookery demonstration at Purewell, Christchurch will not be my last! The Indian cookery demonstration by Sarah Ali on 6th Sept 2016 was set in their excellent demonstration area – cameras at several points to show the hob and worktop – so everyone had clear views of what was going on. The seating arrangement is comfortable and the evening starts off with a soft drink; tea/coffee/orange squash.

Sarah Ali showed us 5 recipes which she cooked in seemingly easy, quick time – all of which tasted delicious. Indeed, tonightI have cooked 2 of her recipes to quiet, affirmative responses (everyone was too keen to eat rather than to talk!). I didn’t like to tell them that my effort had been minimal and that I was only following excellent recipes!
